FULFILLMENT

Ready to ship items are processed and fulfilled within 7-14 days.

All pre-order items can take up to 4-12 weeks to be shipped. 

Please carefully read each product's description for estimated shipping dates before purchasing, as all sales are considered final.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed, we will only be using the address provided when the order was originally placed. (PRE-ORDERS MAY VARY)

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are final. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel a shipment.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with the corresponding tracking information.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges – all sales are final.

If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may be eligible for store credit or a refund!
